Terms & Conditions

Introductory Passes & Offers

  1. An Introductory Pass can only be purchased & used once.

  2. Your Introductory Pass only applies to ONE specific course. That is, a specific class in a particular timeslot, for a 3 week block, in the nominated Term.

  3. We do not offer 'make-up' classes if you don't attend all three of the classes your Pass entitles you to.

  4. There is NO CREDIT OR REFUND provided if you don't attend all three of the classes your Pass entitles you to.

  5. Bookings should be made early to reserve your place as spaces are limited.

  6. Payment is via direct credit to our business account. This should be received at least three working days prior to the beginning of Term - we cannot reserve you a place if you have not paid by that time.

  7. Introductory Offers can NOT be purchased at the beginning of your first group class without special arrangement.

  8. You can purchase and use other Passes before purchasing or using an Intro Pass

  9. In the event DanceFix cancels a scheduled class(es), an alternative class/time will be offered. If the student can't attend, a credit towards the next Pass purchased will be provided.

Social Group Classes - Term Passes

  1. ALL Term Passes expire at the end of the nominated Term.

  2. A Flexi Pass expires 6 weeks from the first class attended. That is, you have 6 weeks to attend 3 classes in any given Term.

  3. A Social Pass expires at the end of the nominated Term. That is, you have 9 weeks to attend 6 classes within a nominated Term.

  4. A Term Pass expires at the end of  the nominated Term. That is, you have 9 weeks to attend 9 classes in a nominated Term.

  5. An Unlimited Pass expires at the end of the nominated Term. That is, you can attend any class at any studio during that 9 week Term.

  6. Your Pass only applies to a specific class(es) (i.e. timeslot/timeslots) for the nominated Term.

  7. There is NO CREDIT OR REFUND given if you don't attend the maximum number of group classes your Pass entitles you to during the Term. However, if you miss one of your regular group classes you are welcome to attend an alternative group class IN THE SAME TERM if there are spaces - ask your instructor if there is availability.

  11. A Pass can not be ''upgraded'' to another Pass once you have attended your first lesson.

  12. In the event DanceFix cancels a scheduled class(es), an alternative class/time will be offered. If the student can't attend, a credit towards the next Pass purchased will be provided.

Social Group Classes - Casual Passes

  1. There are LIMITED SPACES for couples, leaders & followers in each class.

  2. BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL for all classes so we can keep the ratio of single leaders & followers fairly even. If you want to attend casually you still need to book to check if there are spaces in the class.

  3. PAYMENT is by direct transfer prior to the class or cash at the beginning of the class.

  4. A Casual Pass can not be ''upgraded'' to another Pass at the end of the lesson.

  5. In the event DanceFix cancels a scheduled class(es), an alternative class/time will be offered. If the student can't attend, a credit towards the next Pass purchased will be provided.

Combination Passes

  1. A Combo Pass can only be used for ONE nominated 3 week course during a single term. That is, one class, in one timeslot, each week, for 3 consecutive weeks.  

  2. The private lesson however can be taken any time within the nominated term.

  3. There is NO CREDIT OR REFUND given if you don't attend all three group classes in the nominated course.  

  4. Bookings should be made early to reserve your place as spaces are limited.

  5. Payment is via direct credit to our business account. This should be received at least three working days prior to the beginning of Term - we cannot reserve you a place if you have not paid by that time.

  6. Passes can NOT be purchased at the beginning of your first group class without special arrangement.

  7. Passes can NOT be ''upgraded'' to another Pass after attending your first class.

  8. In the event DanceFix cancels a scheduled class(es), an alternative class/time will be offered. If the student can't attend, a credit towards the next Pass purchased will be provided. 

Private Lessons & Bridal Packages

  1. Booking a single lesson: A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required by direct transfer into our business account at least 48hours prior to the booked time. The remainder can be paid via direct transfer into our business account PRIOR to your lesson or in cash at the beginning of the lesson.

  2. Booking a Private Lesson Package: The full amount must be paid via direct transfer into our business account at least 48hrs before the first booked lesson.

  3. You can not "upgrade to a Package" after taking your first single lesson.

  4. No refunds or credits are provided for lessons cancelled within 24 hrs of the booked time.

  5. In the event DanceFix cancels a lesson, a credit or refund will be provided.

  6. The exact mobile service fee (if required) will be calculated & confirmed at the time of booking.
