Intro Offers

An Introductory Offer can only be purchased & used once.
You are only ENROLLED when you have PAID for your Course - its best to pay early as spaces are limited & are only allocated as payments are made.
You can't enroll in a Course on the night it starts without special arrangement.
Preferred payment is via PayID.
Your Introductory Offer only applies to ONE specific Course. That is, a specific class in a particular timeslot, for the scheduled 4 week block, in the nominated Term.
There is NO CREDIT OR REFUND provided if you cancel your course enrolment within 24 hours of the scheduled start time.
We do not offer 'make-up' classes if you don't attend all the classes in your Course.
There is NO CREDIT OR REFUND provided if you don't attend all the classes in your Course.
The Private Lesson included in Combo Intro Offers can be booked & taken any time within the nominated term.
There is a $50 cancellation fee if you cancel this Private Lesson within 24hrs of the booked time. The remainder of your payment can be used as credit towards a future lesson.
In the event DanceFix cancels a scheduled class/course/or private lesson, an alternative will be offered. If you can't attend, a credit or refund will be provided. Please note that NO CREDIT OR REFUND applies if you accept a rescheduled time & then don't attend or cancel.

BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL if you want to attend casually to ensure there are spaces in the class.
PAYMENT is via PayID prior to the class or by cash at the beginning of the class.
A Casual Pass can not be ''upgraded'' to a full enrolment or Introductory Offer at the end of the class.

A Combo Pack can only be used for ONE nominated 4 week course. That is, one class, in one timeslot, each week, for 4 consecutive weeks.
There is NO CREDIT OR REFUND provided if you cancel your Course enrolment within 24 hours of the scheduled start time.
There is NO CREDIT OR REFUND given if you don't attend all the classes in the nominated Course.

Private Lessons & Bridal Packages

Booking a single lesson: Full payment via PayID is required at least 48hours prior to your requested timeslot. If payment isn't received the timeslot will automatically be offered to the next student on the waiting list.
Booking a Private Lesson Package: The full amount must be paid via PayID at least a week before your first lesson.
You can not "upgrade to a Package" at the end of your first single lesson.
A $50 cancellation fee applies if you cancel within 24hrs of the booked time. The remainder of your payment can used as credit towards a new booking.
The exact mobile service fee (if applicable) will be calculated & confirmed at the time of booking.
